In House Tool Development
Our State Of The Art Tool Room enables us to quickly produce cost effective tooling of supreme quality. We can produce Tools for Electrical Laminations OD 55 mm to 1100 mm for our range of High Speed, Manual and Notching Presses.
Rotor Diecasting
With 8 Aluminum die-casting machines, we stand ready with the prowess to craft top quality Rotors for your Electric Motors.
Welding
With 6 semi-automatic and manual Welding Machines, we offer advantages in electrical conductivity, as it eliminates potential resistance points between laminations, resulting in improved overall performance and efficiency of the stator stack.
Annealing
To improve permeability and reduce watt losses, we offer custom solutions with Magnetic Heat Treatment or Annealing (200 Tonnes per month) that boosts inter-laminar resistance and relieves stamping stress.
Cleating and Riveting
Tailored to suit our clients’ needs, we offer a variety of services like Cleating and Riveting for stacking the stator laminations, thereby enhancing their mechanical strength and reduction in noise and vibration.
Shaft Insertion
With a 150T Hydraulic Press we have the provision for catering to Shaft Insertion requirements for our clients.
